Tonight we will make our next trip to Petersburg Towers @ 6:00 PM. Everyone is asked to bring “Homemade Ice Cream.”

Welcome to the DRBC Family
A warm welcome to our newest members—Brooke Bowen come on a profession of faith, she is the daughter of Jeff & Kim Bowen; also, to Tony, Elizabeth & James Jackson. Tony comes on a statement of faith and Elizabeth comes on transfer of letter from Hebron Baptist Church. The Jacksons live at 3060 Dry Pond Road in Monroe, GA 30656.

Congratulations
Congratulations go to the families of Joe & Vivian Durham & Lori & Rodney Gaddy on the recent birth of their Great-Granddaughter & Granddaughter, McKenna Christine Timms. McKenna was born on July 26th.

Next Sunday
Next Sunday we will continue our Summer Sunday Nights with “Game Night” in the Family Life Center. Please bring your favorite party food.

Special Event Flowers
Flowers, commemorating special events, on Sunday mornings are always welcome. However, please coordinate this with Barbara Mize, 706-283-2580. Also, if you would like recognition in the bulletin please call the church office one week in advance.

Wednesday Fellowship Meal
Starting August 18th the Wed. PM Fellowship Meal will return. We are looking for new family favorite main-dish recipes. If you have one you would like for us to try please see Melissa Shead, David Hendrix or any kitchen member. The recipes need to be simple, inexpensive and one that can be bake in a 9x13 pan.

AWANA Kick-Off
The AWANA Kick-Off will be Saturday, August 14th from 5-8 PM. We will be having “Water Games”, food & drink. Please see David Hendrix or Melissa Shead for more information.

End of Summer Singing
On Sunday, August 15th, at 6:00 PM we will celebrate the end of summer break with a church singing. See Bro. Kenny or Ben Thompson for more information.

Call Church Conference
There will be a Called Church Conference immediately following morning worship, on August 8th for the purpose of calling Brian Butler as Youth Pastor.

AWANA Training
On Saturday, August 21st @ 8 AM, we will have AWANA Ministry Training at Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula. All AWANA workers are encouraged to attend. There is a signup sheet in the foyer. See David Hendrix for more information.
